How to cancel a soulmate sketch subscription
Charged again for a soulmate sketch or drawing? Find where you subscribed, cancel in the right place, stop the emails and ask for a refund. Works for any app or website.
Step 1: Find where you subscribed
You must cancel where you paid. Deleting the app or unsubscribing from emails does not stop the charges. Look at the charge on your statement or receipt email:
- “Google Play”: you subscribed through an Android app.
- “Apple.com/bill”: you subscribed through an iPhone app.
- PayPal: a website billed you through PayPal.
- A company name: a website billed your card directly.
Cancel on Google Play (Android)
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Choose the soulmate sketch app and tap Cancel subscription.

Cancel on iPhone
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription.
Apple’s steps: cancel a subscription from Apple.
Cancel on PayPal
- Log in to PayPal and open Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments.
- Find the merchant and choose Cancel.
Cancel a website subscription
- Search your inbox for the receipt; most include a “manage subscription” or “cancel” link.
- Log in to the site’s account page and look for billing or subscription settings.
- If you cannot find it, email support asking them to cancel, and keep the reply.
- Still charged? Ask your bank to block future payments to that merchant.
Stop the marketing emails
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. It stops the emails, not the subscription: cancel the billing first.
Ask for a refund
- Google Play: request one in your Google Play order history; requests soon after a charge are handled fastest.
- Apple: use reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Websites: ask the seller first; if a charge was not authorized, contact your bank.
